Shipping Information:

  1. Shipping Time: We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard shipping times typically range from 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders. International orders may take longer due to customs and other factors.

  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items you've purchased.

  3. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns Policy:

We want you to be delighted with your wildlife photography purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged.

  2. Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  3. Damage Claims: In the unfortunate event that your wildlife photo arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@cazmediadesign.com You will need to provide photos of the damaged item, as well as your order number. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item.

  4. Exchange Process: We will gladly replace your damaged item with an identical one, or if it's no longer available, a similar item of equal value. Please allow additional time for the replacement item to be shipped.

Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage. Each wildlife photo we offer is printed on-demand, and we aim to reduce our environmental impact by avoiding unnecessary returns.
